For Full Time Registration
There are 3 steps
only:
1)
Call us to make an appointment. We
would love to discuss your child’s interests and individual needs.
2)
We set up testing. This is a 2-3
day process. The objective is to understand a student’s
strengths and challenges. This information is used to determine the
student’s individual educational goals, program levels, and will be a
benchmark to measure progress against year end testing.
3)
Registration. The completion of
our registration form. We can start any time during the year or plan
for September.
For Tutoring and Specialized Tutoring:
1)
Call us to make an appointment. We
would love to discuss your child’s interests and individual needs.
2)
We set up testing. This is very
specific to the chosen Specialized Tutoring Options. The objective is
to understand a student’s strengths and challenges.
3)
Registration. The completion of
our registration form. We can start any time during the year.
For Distance Education:
1)
Call us to make an appointment. We
would love to discuss your child’s interests and individual needs.
2)
Selective Testing to determine alignment
of needs to available programs.
3)
Assignment of a Coach.
4)
Training and development of Plan.
The school curriculum promotes a
balance between the arts, sciences, Phys. Ed. and the building up of skills
in its pedagogy and strives to create a well-rounded learning process.
Expected Costs:
Tuition is $900/mfor Pre-K and up to SK. From grade 1 tuition is $1,200/m for the first child; and, all
children receive a 5% discount when there are multiple children from a
family.
Comprehensive Testing and set up of an individual education program is
$1,000
If testing shows a need for some assistance, SMaRts
programs can be integrated and pricing TBD dependent on needs.
Books and supporting materials. Depending on the grade will range
(pre tax) $650 in the junior grades.
Uniforms for school day and gym. Expect to pay in the range of $200
to $300 per student depending on your interest in amount of clothing.
There is a core uniform and then additions at your discretion.
After school care between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m. and between 4:30p.m. and 6 p.m.. The current supervision rate is $6.00
per hour.
Extracurricular & Supplies. Estimated to be approximately $80/month.
Extra supplies needed, School trips, pizza lunches, external gym related,
and seasonal festivities are planned. This is your own petty cash
account. A personal account is set up and monies are pulled from this
account on an as need basis. A settling of the account is competed
year end.
We are
also accommodating:
Some specialized after school options e.g. Drama, Kumo
Ju Jitsu, Gymnastics,
and Equestrian Club, Private Piano or other instrument, voice lessons, and
these will have extra costs that will be commensurate with the cost of
bringing in or going to such people/establishments. The objective is
to try and fit in extracurricular activities during the ‘school
day’ families would normally pay for and accommodate outside the
school day.
Specialized gym
activities. There may be some additional costs associated.
Hence parents can anticipate a base cost of $13,000ish 1st child,
and $12,400 for all children in a multiple child family. Outside that
additional costs will depend on the services parents’ desire for
their children.

This sample statement represents a student registered in the enhanced
day from 8:30 to 4:30 p.m..
Some families want to choose the enhanced day option and others want a
portion of the enhanced day, while others have chosen the regular day.
